The thing that struck me after Brene Brown&#039;s quote is this: when I strive for perfection, I&#039;m disconnecting from myself, from my real abilities, etc. But when I&#039;m striving to do MY best, that means I&#039;m realistic with myself and what I can expect from myself, that I&#039;m paying attention to my own abilities and nurturing them.]]></description>
