As a licensed psychologist, professor, wife, and mom of teens, my areas of expertise are fairly broad. I know how complicated life is. As a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 25 years of experience helping people cope with life more effectively, I have trained in evidence-based treatment methods that work. My areas of expertise include individual and couples psychotherapy for adolescents and adults who are living with anxiety and facing a variety of life challenges. I also offer life coaching and workshops aimed at helping clients reach specific targeted goals.
Unless otherwise arranged for, therapy and coaching sessions meet weekly and sessions are 50 minutes long. Early on, we establish a treatment focus which lays the foundation for our future sessions. It also acts as a benchmark against which progress is measured. Together, we define your core strengths and goals for future change. All of which makes living with anxiety, depression or frustrations easier to manage as you grow into the healthier version of yourself that you long for.
