The Change Process
People who are curious about themselves, open to learning more about their role in their world, and motivated to learn and implement new strategies typically have the most success working with me. Time between sessions is as important as time within sessions, as this is where the therapeutic work is tested and fine tuned. With ongoing awareness and curiosity, new perspectives and behaviors are identified and practiced until they become effective habits. This growth gives way to increased confidence, more efficient coping, and feelings of happiness and satisfaction.
