Heading into Thanksgiving

your special light
Alicia H. Clark, PsyD
As we head into Thanksgiving week, it isn’t hard to feel a sense of stress and pressure that can leave us feeling harried, and even overwhelmed. Research continues to show that practicing gratitude can help offset stress and boost happiness – something we probably all need a little more of around the holidays.

May you find, and feel, your many blessings this Thanksgiving,
Alicia
