Experiences, rather than things, make us happier.

Trying to decide on the perfect gift? ‘Tis the season for buying presents, but science says spending money on experiences will make you happier. Here’s widely shared great post that lays out the why we might consider spending money on experiences, rather than things, this season.

Managing exhaustion is critical to finding joy this season.

Exhaustion can take it’s toll this time of the year leaving it hard to enjoy the holidays. If you feel exhaustion start to creep in, take a moment to notice what you’re missing most, and find space to add that in for yourself. For more support, here is an article I recently wrote on the topic. We can’t be at our best for the people we care about it we don’t take care of ourselves.

Supporting someone who is anxious or depressed can be challenging.
